Jim began his work in the plastics industry starting in 1988 as a project engineer in the injection molding industry. Over the past 21 years he has worked in both engineering and sales roles and most recently worked as account manager and application development engineer in the field of engineering plastics. He has worked on projects in a variety of industries including automotive, appliance, consumer products, electronics and medical products.
Jim received his BS in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and also received an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
